Mill Cottage

A private drive takes you down to Cunsey Cottage where you will find the original Cunsey Mill, it sits besides the river which flows into Lake Windermere. There is a tenant of the estate who lives next door, so although it is isolated you still have the security of other people around you.

With stunning views of Lake Windermere, Mill Cottage is located in a beautiful secluded setting. You can stroll over the bridge to the shores of Windermere where you will find a jetty for your use.

The cottage has been fully renovated to a five star standard and comprises of cosy sitting room with gas flame fire and flat screen TV which has a Sky package, DVD player.
Kitchen / dining area has under floor heating; the units have slate work tops, mood lighting, gas hob, electric oven, dish washer, washing machine and dryer. All the utensils and crockery are of the highest standard so being in the kitchen will be an enjoyable experience.

A wide stair case will take you to the landing, from here you can access the twin bedded room which has a TV and DVD player. The double bedroom has a five foot bed; the views of the lake are spectacular. The bathroom is fully tiled with under floor heating it has a bath with power shower.

Outside you have a lovely private garden with patio which over looks the river and lake beyond. Parking for a number of cars.

It is worth mentioning that the adjoining Mill could be dangerous so people should keep away at all times. Although the garden is fenced the river could be a hazard to children if not supervised.
